2. Look on the top right corner of the page
3. Fill the form
Note: For location, choose this for the first dropdown. For the second dropdown, choose your country

4. After registering, you can ignore this page and go to your email to confirm your account.
5. Open email from weibo, then click the link
6. After succesfully registered+verify your account, go to http://weibo.com/chhellovenus again to follow them
